Sack throws Frisbee. Throw is to high and gets stuck in tree. Sack runs off screen and gets a ladder. Carries ladder back to tree and climbs up. looses balance and falls to the ground. Then gets up and pulls a chainsaw from behind his back and cuts down tree. fade to black.
in the beginning the sack is excited. Then after the frisbee becomes stuck in the tree he is disappointed, next he comes up with a idea to become excited again. then when idea doesn't work again becomes angry and pulls out chainsaw and cuts down tree.

You have a pretty solid idea for your story but I agree with Bonnie that the ending with a chainsaw doesn't quite fit. I really like the idea that someone gave in class of the tree coming to life and giving the frisbee back, or perhaps the sack could pull a potato out of himself and throw it at the frisbee to dislodge it.
I think the boomerang idea will make more sense than the frisbee, and you will only need one character at that point. Also, it would be nice to see the sack attempt several different methods of getting the boomerang out of the tree. Just make sure that you make the ending creative and I think you are on the right track.
